Shipping was extremely delayed, and I could not get clear and timely responses from your company about when I could expect it. We are very happy with the product, though. However, due to the customer service, I will hesitate using your company again.

Spoke with a lovely gentleman who patiently walked me through order. Now we have to wait for 12-16 weeks to hopefully get what we wanted.
EXCELLENT SERVICE in preparing order and knowledgeable about products
Please praise the gentleman from Chicago who took my order. He was kind, professional, knowledgable and you have quite the asset in him! Please take good care of him as he is also a caring family man! Please give him a raise, more time off and better health insurance! As someone who was in retail for years, this isn't an easy job and he is wonderful at it! Thank you and my best for continued good health!
Easy to find what I wanted on website. Pricing was an excellent. Hopefully it comes in within delivery timeframe.
Good price. Long wait on getting the order, but that is due to the long wait of the manufacturer on a special order...so I understand. Consequently, I cannot review the item or delivery conditions because it will apparently be 4-6 MONTHS before I receive my items. The customer service is wonderful!
Awkward choice system. Double vent option doesn't appear at second pass. Chat with sales solved the problem.
If I could give you no stars I would - and it is all about follow-up/follow through. I chatted over the weekend, no answer yet, I called yesterday, no answer yet - you either have what I want or you don't. Why does it take so long to give a simple answer?
